Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for converting leads into customers, nurturing existing accounts, and driving revenue. You'll be the voice of our brand, building relationships and closing deals through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools

  • Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts

  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with field sales teams to align strategies

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience

  • Conduct cold calling activities to establish rapport with potential clients
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop business strategies

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in business development, inside sales, telesales, customer service, or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities

  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques and sales strategies

  • Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of waste removal industry

  • Experience with outbound calling and lead generation

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
