Position Summary:
Supervises daily clinical operations of the surgery center and manages the clinical and clerical staff in accordance with established Federal, State and accreditation regulations and guidelines, as well as established Stonecreek Surgery Center policies and procedures in the absence of the Clinical Director. Oversees patient care activities in preoperative, postoperative and intraoperative. Purchasing of required supplies, controlled drugs, and equipment. Responsible for staff development, orientation and staff discipline and appraisals.
Minimum Requirements:
■ Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates/Eligibility: Current Nevada RN license, ACLS and BLS required. BSN preferred. Minimum 1-year ambulatory surgery clinical experience and administrative/management experience preferred.
