Role
You will join a fully established CS Team and will be the primary point of contact for the company. You will manage all incoming calls and customer service enquiries, generate sales leads that develop into new customers, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. This role aims to contribute to ensuring the best possible service to our customers, in the most cost efficient way, at all times.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist are:
Order management A-Z; registration, monitoring and invoicing on ERP system
Respond, through various communication channels and in a timely manner, to questions and enquiries from our customers regarding various topics such as; orders, deliveries, prices, invoices, certificates etc.
Ensure customers are continuously updated on their orders in case of delays or any other discrepancy against their confirmed order.
Ensure that the Incoterms, payment terms, prices etc. are accurate and according to customer contracts on our sales orders on ERP system
Support the sales organisation in the quote process if/ when needed
Ensure that claims and complaints are correctly registered if/ when administrative support from the sales organisation is requested
Support the Calderys cash collection team and financial service centre on reducing the overdue accounts.
Ensure the accuracy of sales prices on ERP system and maintain customer prices on ERP system Administration of customer consignment stocks.
When requested, obtain transport costs and ensure these are relayed to the customer.
Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged and support cycle counts and reconciliation activities when requested.
Actively participate in various activities and workshops connected to continuous improvements within the scope of customer service.
Administration connected to dispatch of customer orders.
Requirements
2 to 5 years experience as a Customer Service Specialist office based role
Good relationship building and communication skills at all levels written and spoken
Experience in complex and multi-cultural organizations would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Agile and flexible
Team spirit and collaboration
- English would be a plus
