Position Summary:
Tri-State Medical Group is seeking a Regional Healthcare Sales Manager to drive company growth by securing new contracts and partnerships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, case management groups, and insurance-related organizations.
This is a field-based, sales-driven role focused on prospecting, building relationships, negotiating contractual agreements, and securing partnerships that result in long term growth in trip volume. The ideal candidate is comfortable building long term relationships with all healthcare providers. The candidate must be comfortable and highly skilled visiting facilities, self-introduction and meeting decision-makers, opening doors, and turning relationships into long-term commitments resulting in
increased growth and revenue. This role will support internal and external management of marketing and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of healthcare facilities and referral partners across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
-Identify, prospect, and secure new contracts with: Hospitals, Discharge planning teams,Rehabilitation, Dialysis centers, Skilled nursing facilities, and Assisted living and other healthcaref acilities.
-Lead RFP process, including strategy, content development, coordination, and submission for large and strategic opportunities.
-Consistently meet or exceed the company’s goals for new contracts and business growth
-Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators, physicians, nursing staff, discharge planning, case managers, management, front desk support staff and referral coordinators
-Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations
-Expand existing accounts and increase trip volume from current partners
-Research and identify insurance carriers and broker networks that manage NEMT, and complete provider enrollment and approval processes
-Work closely with leadership to develop territory growth strategies
-Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM (Salesforce) Provide detailed progress reports to leadership team
-Act as a brand ambassador in the healthcare community

Secondary / Support Responsibilities:
- Handle promotional efforts, social media presence, and marketing materials for the company.
- Support events, outreach campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or healthcare partnerships
-Strong understanding of medical transportation, NEMT, or healthcare operations is highly preferred
-Experience selling to or working with: Hospitals, Case managers / discharge planners, Healthcare facilities or insurance-related organizations
-Proven track record of writing, negotiating and closing contracts or partnerships

Comfortable with:
- Cold outreach
- In-person selling
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)

Base Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
