Job Description

Having sold over 1 million vehicles since inception, NPA plays an important role in assisting clients with liquidating inventory and maximizing returns. Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and verify adherence to all operational procedures, including vehicle receiving/check-in, inventory placement, unloading/loading for transportation, and vehicle processing.
  • Lead daily operational production meetings and participate in weekly management meetings as required.
  • Supervise condition report (CR) writers, assist with decisions on processes, handle customer inquiries related to condition reports, and address objections professionally.
  • Manage vehicle-related tasks: numbering vehicles for upcoming auctions, merchandising, detailing as needed, receiving/delivering vehicles, replacing batteries, and performing mechanical condition inspections (including test rides on motorcycles where required).
  • Monitor and optimize inventory processes: run daily reports on inbound/received vehicles, set goals for the CR team,
  • Maintain facility standards: conduct regular interior/exterior walkthroughs to identify and address oil spills, clutter, cobwebs, groundskeeping issues, and general maintenance needs; ensure timely repairs.
  • Promote and enforce safety policies, including leading daily safety topics in morning meetings and uploading sign-off sheets to OneDrive.
  • Track and maintain company equipment, identify process discrepancies or bottlenecks, propose solutions, and collaborate with the Regional Manager on improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and leadership while upholding a positive, respectful image for NPA.

  • Maintain a clean work area, dress appropriately (no open-toed shoes in the warehouse)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, vehicle processing, auto auction/logistics, or similar hands-on leadership role (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams, run meetings, and drive performance.
  • Ability to operate motorcycles and perform vehicle mechanical inspections (test rides required for condition rating).
  • Familiarity with inventory management, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable handling customer calls and objections.
  • Physical capability to walk the facility extensively, assist with loading/unloading, and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tasks (email, reports) and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and a positive workplace culture.

Preferred: Experience with auction processes, condition reporting, or vehicle detailing/merchandising.
