Duties & Responsibilities 

• Safely and properly load and unload raw and finished materials.  

• Ensure parts are gathered and meet specifications.  

• Work effectively with team members and assist in organizing and maintaining the machine shop environment.  

• Must be able to accurately read a tapeline.  

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Education Requirements 

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of precision measuring tools. 

• Ability to use hand tools and tooling effectively.  

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training in machining is preferred. 

Technical Skills 

• Ability to read a measuring tape 

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints 

• Ability to distinguish the different types of metals that are used 

• Ability to pass ACS forklift safety training and obtained license (issued by ACS) 

• Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal conversion skills
