Branding & Planning

  • Participate in development of branding budget based on business plans for the year
  • Conceptualising and implementing 360-degree brand campaigns to defend/grow market share of core products
  • Develop detailed budgets for the year across ATL & Digital based on focus areas, market share, etc.
  • Develop brand positioning by utilising consumer insights in order to build a connect with the target market
  • Devising the annual branding calendar (ATL - television, radio & print, Digital) aligned to the strategic business and marketing objectives, including new product launches
  • Create effective advertising to communicate the core message, drive brand equity / imagery and impact sales performance.
  • Manage the implementation of branding activities for new product launches as planned in collaboration with Marketing team
  • Gather market intelligence through primary research and secondary information sources to continuously monitor, analyze & update business perspectives on the market, competitors & customers.

 

 

ATL

· Defining ATL activities & priorities in line with the business strategy & branding calendar

· Work with agencies to develop & execute media plans & content to maximise brand positioning & recall across wider markets

· Identifying the key partners (advertising agency, research agency, event managers etc.), build strong working relationships to gain alignment and support in order to ensure execution of brand strategy, plans and programs as required to drive business growth

· Manage overall scope, direction and terms of the Agencies and all other vendor relationships (assignment to appropriate projects, defining roles, responsibilities and deliverables)

· Work closely with the procurement team in developing vendors for outdoor advertising activities, media, marketing etc.

 

Digital & Communication Strategy

· Develop Digital strategy for the business in alignment with business strategy & market understanding

· Lead customer journey management efforts through innovative digital business models.

 · Create high-engagement content buckets for the Brand on FB, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

· Guide the development of digital content & communication & oversee execution of digital strategy & communication for the Brand

· Digital first campaigns to create awareness around new product launches General Management

· Manage people development initiatives within the team to ensure a capable and motivated workforce
