Shift and Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible), Monday through Friday

Summary:

� Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating first-day logistics, and tracking completion of required documents

� Support field recruitment efforts by managing applications, reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks and drug screenings

� Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates

� Keep HR files, onboarding checklists, and applicant tracking records accurate and up to date; assist with basic HR reporting as needed

� Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including recruitment-focused social media posts, Big Blue Yeah! monthly employee recognition, and maintaining marketing materials

� Support employee recognition programs, training coordination, and other learning and development efforts as needed

� Assist with various HR and Marketing projects

� Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Talent Manager

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Junior or Senior level student currently pursuing an Associate�s or BS degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college or university.
