Job Description

Opened in the Fall of 2020, Apopka Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility on the North side of Apopka. Our community is full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.

Helping people reclaim their lives. It's what gets you up in the morning and keeps you coming back for more. That sparkle in their eye when they take their first step. The look on their face when they know they have succeeded. The smile serves as a thank you as they walk, unaided, out the door. It's what you live for.

Our community has an opening for a driven, passionate, and caring Physical Therapy Assistant. The responsibilities of the PTA include carrying out treatments under the specific instructions from the Physical Therapist, being alert to detect signs and symptoms of favorable and unfavorable reactions, recording and keeping current treatment schedules, and ensuring the timeliness of paperwork and charting appropriate records.
