Summary of Job Duties:

Duties include cleaning floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping as required; emptying waste baskets, dumping trash, replacing trash bags. Wiping furniture clean such as desktops, tables, and other surfaces. Cleaning restroom facilities, replacing paper towels and tissue as needed and maintaining adequate supply of each. Notifying supervisor of maintenance and repairs needed in areas cleaned; performing other responsibilities as required or assigned. Stripping and waxing floors. Using pressure washer for cleaning exterior windows and other exterior items. Work in excess of 40 hours occasionally necessary. Expected to be in-call as needed.


Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include the completion of sufficient education or training to read and write.  Job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.


Additional Information:

Must have flexibility to extend arms/hands: a) straight above head, b) in front of body, and  c) outward from sides of body.  Must have flexibility to squat and bend over at waist.  Must have ability to lift approximately 25lbs and the ability to climb stairs repeatedly.


Salary Information:

$23,168.00
