Sunridge Foods, one of the leading FMCG sector operates across Pakistan. We are recruiting Production Executive for our plant based in HUB.
An individual will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high product quality. This role will involve leveraging SAP S4 Hana for production planning, material management, and process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production output.
- Utilize SAP S4 Hana for production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
- Assist in the design and layout of manufacturing lines, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead initiatives for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains in production.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to the operations team to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that production documentation, such as work instructions and process flows, are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment (Packaging Industry preferable).
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S4 Hana.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
