Job Description

This position is contingent upon award.

The successful candidate will work as a member of the COLOSSUS Governance team and perform activities primarily in support of the COMM Directorate. The successful candidate will:

Facilitate the execution and enhancement of governance processes for large NRO directorate and front office;

  • Provide governance board support through the facilitation and coordination of board activities, meetings, and tasks;
  • Tailor best practices for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency;
  • Apply principles and techniques of governance, business management, configuration control and other methodologies as appropriate.
  • Coordinate closely with process owners to ensure proper implementation of process and system specifications.
  • Maintain and enhance process metrics, including collection, analysis, and reporting methods. 

Required qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly or willing to take a CI Poly
  • IC experience
  • MS with 5+ years  or BS with 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above
  • Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Certifications related to  functional responsibilities, such as but not limited to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Experience supporting multi-agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management
