What's Available: 

  • Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE) 

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday days 

  • Location: Onsite in Onalaska, Wisconsin; Role has ability to shift to a remote basis but is limited to only residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa 

  • Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.  

  • We have the ability to fill this opportunity as a Software Engineer or Senior level Software engineer depending on your relevant work experience 

     

What You Will Need: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education 

  • 2+ years of software development experience and proficiency in a variety of programing languages and integration platforms. 

  • In Depth knowledge of systems design and demonstrated leadership on a small to mid-scale 

  • Strong Organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills 

  • Experience working as part of an agile organization or working on an agile team 

  • In partnership with a Product Owner, you will liaise with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements and deliver high quality solutions. 

     

An Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With: 

  • Experience designing and building Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and cloud-native solutions. 

  • Working with a variety of backends including data lakes, relational databases and API technologies including REST or GraphQL. 

  • Familiar with Agile and/or Scrum framework 

  • Experience with CI/CD Systems, Azure DevOps, Github Actions, Jenkins 

  • Strong preference for candidates with testing experience (Jest, playwright, Pytest, Junit, etc.)
