Hera Technologies is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations to lead and scale our operational infrastructure in support of rapid business growth. This role is responsible for building the systems, processes, and teams to drive operational excellence within our materials manufacturing, CNC machining, bonding, coating, and assembly operations.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Operations through strong collaboration with supply chain, planning, quality, and program management, will translate our growth strategy into disciplined execution. The ideal candidate is both a forward-thinking strategist and a roll-up-your-sleeves operator who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and is comfortable building structure where it does not yet exist.

Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $190,000
Base Location: Ontario, CA
Travel: This role will not require travel typically
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Total compensation will also include a comprehensive set of benefits including but not limited to: Company paid employee medical, dental and vision insurance. Retirement plan participation (eligibility required), paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.
