Description:
Full-time classroom position with East Grand School District for the 2026-2027 school year. The classroom grade is yet to be determined.


 


Granby Elementary School is seeking a passionate and student-centered Elementary Classroom Teachers (K–5) for the 2026–2027 school year. Grade level assignment is to be determined.

Job Summary:




  • Deliver standards-based instruction aligned to Colorado Academic Standards (ELA, math, health, and social studies)




  • Develop students’ literacy skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), including implementation of the Open Court curriculum




  • Build students’ mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills using the Bridges in Mathematics curriculum




  • Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners




  • Utilize formative assessments (i-Ready, DIBELS) to guide instruction




  • Collaborate daily with grade-level teams, specialists, and support staff




  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student achievement




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field




  • Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Colorado teaching license




  • Strong instructional, classroom management, and collaboration skills




Working Conditions:




  • Full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year




  • 4 day school week - Mon-Thurs




  • Small class sizes with supportive staff and community




  • Daily planning time
