Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee the collection and review of client documentation, including escrow statements, appraisal reports, land surveys, construction cost data, and building drawings.
- Conduct and supervise site inspections to validate asset details and support technical analysis.
- Analyze project data, identify technical issues, and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Review and finalize cost segregation estimates for real and personal property components with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, proactively communicating project status and addressing queries.
- Monitor, review, and provide constructive feedback on junior team members’ work to ensure quality and consistency.
- Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance, training, and performance support.
- Support practice development initiatives, process improvements, and maintain high professional standards, including adherence to client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Cost Segregation practice.
- Hands-on experience in performing cost segregation studies or related construction activities (e.g., estimating) preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation.
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and guide junior team members. Min 2 years of experience in reviewing and supervising Associates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability with keen attention to detail and accuracy, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
