Job Description

The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is hiring applicants who held a lifeguard position previously.  Candidates will be required to complete a water screening and pass a training class prior to being hired.  It is expected that our guards be friendly, on time and communicate in a professional manner with both team members and our guests. 

The pay rate for this position is $16.75/per hourCA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package. Part-time benefits include a free Fit & Play membership, Wellness benefits w/Perks and some paid leave.

As a reminder to all applicants, the Aquatics Staff will do all they can to honor the pool preferences indicatedHowever, by submitting an application, the team member acknowledges and agrees they are applying to join the CA TeamThereby, final placements will be based on experience, ability and need.   During the season, staff members will be scheduled to work at connected facilities, partnered pools, or in dire cases, anywhere under the Columbia Association Aquatics umbrella.
