ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Looking for a motivated individual to join our team of drywall repair specialists. The ideal worker has 5+ years in drywall repair, plaster, texture, and paint- is detail oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can guide other technicians to follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs. Ability to interact with homeowners & property managers, solve any issues on the job, and manage supplies purchases for each repair/installation. As demonstrated by proficiency, this individual will be full time in the company van. This job will focus on the Central Dallas (Downtown), East Dallas, and North/Northeast areas. A valid drivers license is required.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The operator is expected to have extensive experience in drywall repair, drywall instillation, or general home repair; experience managing work crews is a plus. Candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspect of the project, including scheduling, operational details, ordering supplies, and follow-up. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the home repair is done correctly and efficiently, with managing supply & paint purchases before, and during the repair based on needs of the job. Ability to work independently and keep manager updated on job status & time management skills. Utilizing Company Customer Relationship System to track job time and communicate with customers. 


The position requires good communication skills to provide project status to the customer and progress reports to the business owner.

Pay based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses in addition to base pay is possible after training period.



QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of working with drywall installation or repairs required

Valid driver’s license

Clean driving record

Fluent in English
