Kitchen Team Member
Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our team at St. James Winery. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen while supporting food preparation and cooking operations. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, can multitask effectively, and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
Cook and assemble menu items according to established standards
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and maintain dish pit cleanliness
Ensure all kitchen areas meet sanitation and cleanliness standards
Support team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Qualifications:
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices preferred
