Job Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations
- Provide managerial, technical, and training leadership across assigned manufacturing units.
- Prioritize, schedule, and allocate shift resources to meet daily production requirements and service expectations.
- Maintain working knowledge of all production processes, equipment, and systems.
- Provide daily follow‑up on production orders scheduled for shipment.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company safety, quality, and regulatory standards (USDA, Kosher, ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP).
- Promote safety, sanitation, and workplace organization on a daily basis.
- Investigate quality, yield, and operational deviations; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate manufacturing, quality, safety, and colleague concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and develop Operators; ensure required training and certifications are completed.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, payroll accuracy, and employee transactions for direct reports.
- Enforce SOPs and company policies and address non‑compliance as needed.
- Support initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, teamwork, and Inventory Record Accuracy.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within Operations.
- Act as lead responder during emergencies or security incidents while on duty.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 80% Ambient/20% Air-Conditioned Office

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- GED-HS Diploma Req. Minimum
- Simple Mathematics understanding Req. (Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Division)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Flavor & Fragrance chemical processing and blending
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Large volume liquid handling experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- HACCP/GMPs
- Must have a Valid Drivers License.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

$58,100.00 - $108,000.00
