What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers

• Troubleshoot chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and controls

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently

• Assist with equipment start-ups and system upgrades

• Document service work using company software

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service


Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC or chiller experience (Trane, Carrier, York, or Daikin Chillers, etc)
• Experience with centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using tablets and service software
