Join our growing production team! The Satellite Production Technician is a critical addition to the production team and will be working on simplifying and aligning satellite branch machine flow and helping to improve the efficiency and responsiveness for our customers.The technician will be key to facilitating regular communication with our Torrance, CA Production hub team.

What you’ll do:
- Inbound machine handling: physical and system receive and unload equipment. Capture and manage discrepancies. (Forklift certification required – will provided training.)
- In-house machine handling: Prepare and complete equipment based on work orders for delivery according to schedule.
- Physically: Unbox, set up, configure payment method, and complete related tasks.
- Digitally: System configuration, set up payment profiles, and complete related tasks.
- Parts management: manage and order necessary stock of set up related parts based on Work Order requirements.
- Warehouse organization
- Outbound machine handling: digitally transfer and load equipment orders. Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Pre-Triage: evaluate and select machines that return to hub based on condition, model, and priorities. Oversee equipment recycling process.
- Inventory management: Organize and manage new and remanufactured equipment inventory. Support periodic inventory audit requirements.
- Communicate with Hub team on inbound and delivery.
- Communicate Purchase Order concerns/discrepancies.
- Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Transfer waste materials to collection areas for disposal, recycling, or reuse.
- Test products for functionality and quality. Troubleshoot common mechanical or electronic errors.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Able to read and comprehend instructions and documents such as safety rules and guides, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy and procedure manuals
- Knowledge of hand tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, drill motors, and metal snip
- Able to use an air-driven drill, an air-driven screw gun, and a rivet gun
- Forklift certification required – we will provide training if not already certified
- Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck
