Work Comp Insurance Technical Associate Intern

* Completed at least one year of education towards a bachelor's in information systems with GPA of at least a 3.75 cumulative in coursework.

* Experience/coursework completed in business analytics, information systems, statistics, Microsoft office suite and AI

Responsibilities include:

• Testing Rally stories
• Updating scribe documentation with newer screenshots
• Creating scribes (Cognos reporting, Docex, AI use cases, etc.)
• Creating an AI solution service catalogue to index all of the AI solutions at GAIG
• Testing new Reports and Report enhancements (as part of Data Modernization)
• Testing Snowflake tables as part of the Data Modernization project
• Testing Salesforce stories
• Assisting with Salesforce support questions/Salesforce safari session
• Writing up requirements as directed by manager
• Attending meetings on managers' behalf to represent Strategic Comp
• Other duties as assigned by management

* Successful candidate must report for work to the Great American Tower Monday through Friday located in downtown Cincinnati, OH from 8 am to 5 pm.
