Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and lead our team.
This is a great opportunity if you’re ready to grow into a Site Manager position.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations of the car wash.
- Lead shifts and guide team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Help drive membership sales (bonus eligible)
- Assist with opening and closing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and reliability.
- Positive attitude and team mindset.
