Wesco is a family owned and operated chain of 57 convenience stores based in Muskegon, Michigan. For 55 years, our mission has been customer service. Many things have changed over time, except our commitment to fast and friendly service. We are an associate friendly company. The Food Manufacturing Plant supplies these convenience stores with fresh donuts, cookies, muffins, and sandwiches. We love our products. But we love our people more.
Functions:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Perform sanitation processes for central manufacturing establishment in a safe, efficient, and effective manner
- Must follow the guidelines and regulations outlined in SSOPs, HACCP plans, and regulatory requirements
- Understand basic food safety
- Safely and appropriately uses chemicals
- Works with sanitation leadership on improving daily sanitation processes, resulting in clean equipment and facilities
- Promote a customer and associate centric based passion for safety, productivity and quality throughout the organization.
- Be a champion for Safety. Work to promote safe culture by staying in compliance with safety initiatives.
- Job development program to increase hourly rate

- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
