About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Systems Coordinator to join our team at our Condell Park site. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System for our site, as well as ensuring all processes, products, and systems comply with regulatory standards, food safety requirements, and customer specifications.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Managing QMS documentation (SOPs, specs, test records, etc.)
  • Supporting and reviewing HACCP & GMP programs
  • Coordinating internal audits and non-conformance investigations
  • Monitoring sanitation, allergen control, traceability, and hygiene
  • Maintain product testing and CoA as per specific customer requirements
  • Assist with new product projects
  • Providing training on food safety and quality standards
  • Leading audit prep for certifications (SQF, HACCP, Coles, Aldi, Woolworths)
  • Supporting continuous improvement and quality reporting

 

 

The Successful Applicant Will Possess the Following Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, beverage, or regulated industry
  • Solid knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, SQF, Private label standards such as Coles, Woolworth, Aldi etc.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quality Management Systems
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field highly regarded
  • Experience coordinating internal or external audits
  • Experience with SAP highly regarded 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
