Job Description

Job Title: Hospitality Associate (Full-Time, Cross-Property)


Position Overview:

The Williamsburg Winery is seeking dynamic, service-driven individuals to join our team as Hospitality Associates. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are excited to work across multiple areas of our property, including the Tasting Room, Restaurant, Wedmore Hotel, Events, and Guest Services.

We are evolving our operating model to build a more agile, cross-trained team that delivers a seamless guest experience across the entire estate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service across all areas of the property

  • Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming and professional first impression

  • Support operations in:

    • Tasting Room (wine tastings, guided tastings, retail, guest education)

    • Restaurant (hosting, food running, guest support)

    • Wedmore Hotel (guest services, concierge-style assistance, front desk, breakfast services)

    • Events (setup, execution, breakdown, guest interaction)

  • Maintain a strong understanding of winery offerings, events, and property layout

  • Assist with weddings, private events, and large-scale functions

  • Collaborate with multiple department managers to support daily operations

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities throughout shifts


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, restaurant, hotel, or events preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Comfortable working across multiple roles and environments

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting at $20/hour, with opportunities for bonuses
