The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring high-quality ABA therapy delivery in a clinic setting
Essential Functions:
- Oversees the daily implementation of ABA programming by technicians
- Supports the overall management of the therapy environment.
- Provides ongoing training and guidance on ABA principles to ensure effective and consistent therapy for all clients.
- Monitors and support the daily implementation of ABA therapy by assigned technicians.
- Ensure treatment integrity, consistency of data collection, and adherence to individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and other evidence-based methods to coach staff.
- Model ABA principles and effective teaching strategies to enhance technician competency.
- Work closely with the BCBAs to ensure alignment of therapy delivery with treatment goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress, staff performance, and client needs.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and team discussions.

Qualifications
- High School diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services preferred.
- Strong understanding of data collection, ABA programming, and behavior intervention strategies.
- RBT in good standing (required).
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
- Must be available at least 3 full days (7am–8pm) during clinic hours.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home, school, and community placements.
- Must comply with practice policies and procedures.
- Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or a tablet) to bring to work
- Physical activities include standing for long periods of time, sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.
- Must be able to reach, pull, and push.
- Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
