What You’ll Do

• Provide instruction based on teacher-prepared lesson plans
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment
• Support students’ academic and behavioral success
• Communicate effectively with staff and follow school procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Must have or be able to obtain a Level 2 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with students
