Job Summary
Under the direction of the respective Campus Administrator, the School Counselor facilitates and coordinates behavioral, educational, career and vocational counseling programs that support students; creates master schedules and appropriate academic schedules; and provides counseling and guidance services to student to foster success.
Work hours are 7:30am – 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday (although these hours may vary and may require occasional evening and weekend work based on organizational needs). Minimal or no travel required, other than visits to other local school sites or the Business Office (as needed).

Requirements / Qualifications
LECS Counselors must:
- Hold a BA/BS Degree
- Hold a valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential (or be intern eligible, or currently enrolled in an accredited program).
*Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
