FLSA Status: Salary-Exempt



Reports To: Digital Operations Manager



Location: Beusa Remote/The Woodlands, TX



Amount of Travel Required: 25% - 40%



Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

POSITION SUMMARY:



The Asset Management Specialist – Digital plays a critical role in driving asset reliability and operational excellence by implementing and optimizing Oracle maintenance and support modules for EVO, AMP, and DYN assets. Serving as the vital link between field operations and enterprise technology, this role champions standardized processes, enforces rigorous quality control, and delivers hands-on training to empower teams. Through these efforts, it transforms asset management for Frac and Power Generation, ensuring unparalleled safety, transparency, and peak performance across all critical assets.



 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may")




  • •     Build out the maintenance module in Oracle for all EVO, AMP, and DYN equipment, ensuring comprehensive coverage and functionality.

  • •     Develop the support services module in Oracle for all EVO, AMP, and DYN support services to streamline operations and reporting.

  • •     Collaborate with assigned SMEs across EVO, AMP, and DYN divisions to ensure both maintenance and support services modules are fully understood, adopted, and utilized consistently.

  • •     Partner with the Digital Technology teams to adhere to Galaxy requirements while building out all asset management solutions.

  • •     Maintain quality control and ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and clear for all relevant divisions.

  • •     Train SMEs and other critical users on Oracle modules and processes, including travel to field locations as needed to provide hands-on support.

  • •     Work closely with Quality teams to ensure all asset management activities are properly recorded and transparent.

  • •     Build and maintain a strong network of contacts tied to all critical assets supported, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • •     Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
