Role & Responsibilities
- Understand PCB value chains, technologies, market trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the business.
- Build strategic partnerships and expand customer base through various marketing activities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Identify business opportunities and risks, and work with functional teams to develop and drive appropriate actions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or science.
- Experience in marketing, sales, and/or product development roles.
- 5+ years of experience in metallization, plating, PCB, or electronics‑related industries.
- Experience in technology roles (R&D or Applications) is a plus.

- Strong team player who is self‑motivated, with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically and logically.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate both business and technical information.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Demonstrates resilience; is open‑minded and willing to learn.
- Able to travel frequently to OEM and customer sites domestically and across Asia (~50%).
- Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and strong energy and passion for the role.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
