Start a career with Ricoh Electronics, Inc. (REI) and develop your skills working as a Machine Operator IMS Process II.  We are looking for day shift (6am-6pm) operator to work in our Thermal Coating department and become an integral part of our team! 

The machine operator will perform production activities, which require a working knowledge of various chemical processes, operations and machines. Duties include:

  • Set-up and operate multiple machines and equipment for production operations, and may assist lower level workers with these processes.
  • Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
  • Oversee and monitor to ensure quality and performs verifications and inspections of product.
  • Assist in the training of new employees and aid employees with questions regarding work standards.
  • Document all department functions daily, by keeping accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in process.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance to equipment.
