What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will be at the center of our litigation practice, working closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and strategically. Your contributions will include:
- Partnering with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings
- Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy
- Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions
- Preparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation
- Reviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping
- Drafting preservation of evidence and document request letters
- Coordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case use
- Supporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal team

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience, including PAGA matters
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- A certification from organizations such as American Bar Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, or American Alliance of Paralegals
- Experience with legal technology such as NetDocuments and Westlaw
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze legal documents with accuracy
- A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
