Job Description

Youth Gymnastics and Ninja Zone Coach

Warminster, PA | Part Time, Hourly | Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30pm-7:15pm and Wednesdays from 5:00pm-7:00pm; Other Weekday Shifts Potentially Available | $18.00-$22.00 per hour

We are looking for a ninja zone coach to join our team at the Y! We spend our days positively impacting the community around us through athletics. We help children reach their potential, enact age appropriate goals, and we change lives in our Y community.

What is needed for this job:

  • 18+ years of age
  • 1+ years of background in competitive or recreational sports
  • Experience working with children
  • Enjoyment from working with children and keeping positive relationships with their parents
  • Can lift up to 25 pounds - role requires a degree of physical activity

 

The responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Leading and inspiring young athletes in Ninjazone classroom
  • Teach gymnastics, movement, agility, and strength-building skills in a structured, fun environment
  • Ensure safety and engagement while fostering confidence and progress
  • Guide energizing, fun, and safe programs for all participants
  • Ensuring that programs are executed to meet the needs of all ages, abilities, and skill levels
  • Organizing participation for volleyball programs and leagues
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and parents
