HR Service Delivery | Operational Excellence

We are looking for a high-potential professional to join our HR Service Delivery organisation as Regional Operational Excellence Lead for EMEA. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of HR Service Delivery by driving process improvements, supporting standardization, and delivering meaningful insights through data and reporting.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HR Shared Services or Global Business Services, strong analytical capability, and the ambition to grow into a regional leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse end-to-end HR Service Delivery processes to identify improvement opportunities, reduce inefficiencies, and drive standardization
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies to enhance service quality, speed, and cost efficiency
  • Support automation, self-service, and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with global and regional HR teams
  • Track and monitor performance using KPIs and MIS reporting to ensure sustainability of improvements

Additional Responsibilities (Nice to Have)

HR Service Transitions & Change Support

  • Support HR process transitions, including documentation, knowledge transfer, training, and stabilisation activities
  • Contribute to change and communication activities to support adoption of new processes and tools
  • Assist in identifying service delivery risks and supporting mitigation actions during transition phases
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Regional HR Operations to align priorities and timelines

Executive-Ready Insights & Presentations

  • Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations for leadership meetings and regional or global HR forums
  • Translate analytical insights into concise recommendations and improvement stories
  • Support the creation of reusable presentation templates and reporting materials

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • HR Service Delivery
    • Operational Excellence
    • Global Business Services / Shared Services
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR Service Delivery processes
  • Experience in a Shared Services / SSC environment (mandatory)
  • Practical exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement tools
  • Strong analytical skills with good Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across regions
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle
