Head of Foodservice France

The Head of Foodservice France is responsible for leading the Foodservice business in France, driving profitable growth and market share expansion. This role combines full accountability for the country’s commercial operations and strategy with operational leadership, ensuring strong customer relationships, team development, and execution of the Country strategy and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a holistic Country strategic plan for the Foodservice segment in France, covering Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket, Sales Orders Processing and Logistics. 
  • Define the sales strategy plan through the construction and implementation of the segment-channel-category plans in cooperation with the BA Customer Experience Office Product and Marketing Teams, providing periodical follow-ups to the Regional and BA management.
  • Drive the achievement annual sales and profitability targets according to the Country strategic plan, implementing changes to the commercial B2B model, identifying new revenue streams, developing long-term partnerships with commercial Partners and Key Accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals that will ensure the achievement of the strategic targets: profitable business growth and Customers loyalty and satisfaction at all contact points.
  • Cooperate with the French Finance Team and the HR Team to ensure data-driven decisions to grant profitable growth and the development of a high-performing team supporting he strategy and to grant commitment, participation and satisfaction of the Electrolux Professional France team.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and strategic initiatives to the BA Food Europe management Team.
  • Cooperate with the BA Customer Experience Product and Marketing Teams providing qualitative and quantitative information on French market and Customer needs to accomplish the strategy.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in leadership roles in B2B environments, preferably with international exposure and with multichannel distribution model.
  • Proven track record in strategy development, successful execution and change management.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of Foodservice equipment and solutions will be an advantage.

  • A proactive and solution‑focused mindset, comfortable navigating dynamic and fast‑moving environments.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships.
  • Thoughtful and analytical approach to problem‑solving.
  • Clear, engaging and adaptable communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ease in working with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Qlik Sense).
