ABOUT THE ROLE

The Membership Coordinator is the operational backbone of the membership function at Continuum Club — ensuring precision and consistency across the full membership lifecycle, from first inquiry through onboarding, retention, and renewal. This role enables both acquisition and member experience to perform at a high level through disciplined execution, strong communication, and genuine attention to detail.

The Coordinator works in close support of the Chief Membership Officer, Member Experience Manager, and serves as a key operational partner to the concierge team. They are also a responsive, human point of contact for member needs — ensuring that no inquiry goes unanswered and that every interaction reflects the warmth and care that defines the Continuum Club community.

DAY-TO-DAY SCOPE

  • Manage the membership inbox and pipeline communications; ensure timely, professional responses to all inbound inquiries and execute follow-up cadences so no prospect or member falls through the cracks
  • Schedule calls, tours, and follow-ups; prepare prospect briefs in advance and deliver recap notes and next steps afterward
  • Maintain CRM integrity across all records, notes, and pipeline stages; process membership agreements, including sending, tracking, and filing executed contracts
  • Support member onboarding logistics — communications, access provisioning, and scheduling — and assist in the execution of key member moments, events, and renewal touch-points
  • Maintain detailed member and prospect profiles; work with the floor team to ensure preferences are captured and consistently reflected in the in-club experience
  • Proactively flag stalled leads, at-risk members, and communication gaps; surface trends and inconsistencies across pipeline and member activity
  • Ensure clear handoffs and communication across acquisition, experience, concierge, and floor teams


This is a team environment. Leadership will identify and reassign priorities as needs evolve — the Coordinator may be called upon to support a range of

on-site projects and initiatives beyond the scope outlined above.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, member services, front-of-house, or a similarly guest-facing role
  • Natural warmth with people — you remember names and follow up without being asked
  • Strong written communication that feels professional without being stiff; highly organized and reliable
  • Comfortable with CRM or similar tools and quick to learn new systems
  • An appreciation for community and why belonging matters; experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle environments is a plus, but a genuine service mindset matters more


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $68,000 – $75,000, based on experience
