We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support patients through treatment plans, helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of upper extremity and hand treatments
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
Knowledge of occupational therapy stretches and exercises
Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to safely lift and assist patients
Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions accurately
Skilled in measuring range of motion
Understanding of how to progress treatment plans
Ability to recommend modifications to the Occupational Therapist when appropriate
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Strong attention to detail, reporting skills, and documentation accuracy
Proficiency in manual therapy, stretches, and range of motion measurement
Qualifications:
- NBCOT certified; graduate from an accredited college
- Current state of Wyoming license
- Outgoing and energetic personality
Compensation and benefits:
- Hourly rate of $26.00/hour - $38.00/hour
- Sign- on bonus of $3,000
