JOB TITLE: Advanced Practice Provider 

DEPT: Urology Clinic

LOCATION:  Maury Regional Medical Center (MOB 6th Floor)

SHIFT: Full-Time Mon-Fri

JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinates clinical management of patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Current and Valid License as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee Required

· Certified through ANCC or AANP Required

· Master's in Nursing Preferred

· 2 Years of Nursing Practitioner Experience in a Clinical Setting Preferred
