At Prinsco, our yards are where the work gets real. As a Yard Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of the yard, coach your team, and make sure products are handled safely, accurately, and with pride. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who likes being close to the work and developing people along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support yard team members every day


• Make sure the right people are in the right roles and clear on expectations


• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and finished goods quality


• Coordinate deliveries with customers, drivers, plants, and outside carriers


• Ensure safe loading/unloading and DOT compliance


• Keep inventory organized and accurate through cycle counts and follow‑up


• Be a safety role model—investigate incidents, improve processes, and work toward zero accidents


• Support continuous improvement and cross‑training across the team


• Use MS D365 (or ERP) for order entry, returns, inventory, and invoicing


• Partner with Operations, Sales, Dispatch, and Manufacturing to meet customer needs
