Full Job Description

Divine Steps Therapy is hiring BCBAs for full-time and part-time hybrid/remote roles supporting Maryland cases.

We are a growing ABA company focused on quality over quantity, clinician support, and strong work-life balance. We’re looking for BCBAs who want flexibility, support, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a positive and ethical work environment.

Candidates must hold a Maryland LBA and be open to working with Maryland-based clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Create individualized ABA programs and goals

  • Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person)

  • Monitor client progress and update programming as needed

  • Provide monthly parent training

  • Complete billing, notes, and reports on time

  • Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Maryland LBA required (or willing to obtain before start)

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred

  • Reliable transportation

  • Must pass background check

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday

  • Flexible schedule

  • Full-time and part-time available
