Join Spectrum as a Senior AI Analyst and play a pivotal role in designing, delivering and refining AI-driven HR solutions that streamline recruiting, onboarding, talent management and case workflows. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to drive impactful business outcomes across HR technology and AI products.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Translate HR business objectives into analytical plans, metrics and experiment designs to enhance AI features such as screening assist, talent matching and knowledge search
  • Build and validate data pipelines, feature sets and evaluation frameworks by partnering with IT to prototype and test AI capabilities including large language models, natural language processing and recommender systems
  • Define and track success metrics including time-to-hire, internal fill rate, customer satisfaction and case resolution time while monitoring model performance and user adoption
  • Implement and monitor AI guardrails such as bias testing, fairness metrics, privacy, security and consent, and document model cards and decision rationale
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on policy adherence for data minimization, retention and access controls, and with HR Operations on change management and training initiatives
  • Support vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts and A/B tests by conducting clear analysis of return on investment and risk for AI solution decisions
  • Maintain configuration guides, experiment logs and knowledge articles to ensure reproducibility and transparency in all analyses

Working Conditions   

  • Work in a hybrid office environment with four days onsite and one day remote per week

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, HR Analytics or related field

Experience

  • 3+ years in AI/ML analytics, experimentation or product analytics
  • 3+ years in HR technology or analytics
  • 2+ years experience with HCM platforms and HR data integrations

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in AI/ML fundamentals including classification, ranking, NLP, embeddings and large language model prompting and evaluation
  • Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, including integrations and data governance
  • Ability to design experiments, define KPIs and interpret complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
    Proficiency with SQL, Python and languages for data preparation and analysis
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices including fairness and bias testing, privacy-preserving techniques and security controls
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s)

Experience

  • Experience with AI algorithm creation, Agentic AI, system integrations and HCM implementations
    Skills
  • Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation and vector databases
  • Experience improving HR outcomes such as reducing time-to-hire, increasing internal mobility and boosting HR helpdesk deflection
  • Familiarity with MLOps/model monitoring tools and secure data handling in enterprise environments
