Center Manager - European Wax Center

Location: In-Person | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: Achieve $76,000 - 88,000 per year with a strong base rate and monthly bonuses for hitting team goals

What We Offer

What You Can Expect to Earn:

We're all about setting clear, achievable goals-and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like:

Base Pay: $70,304.00

Bonus Potential:

• Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses
• Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results

Total Annual Compensation:

• $76,000–$82,000 annually for candidates with 1–3 years of management experience
• $80,000–$88,000 annually for experienced leaders (3–5+ years) who consistently hit performance goals

• Commute: Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
