Job Description: Warehouse Processor - Charlotte Metropolitan Area

Position Summary
The Warehouse Processor is responsible for accurately processing, labeling, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment. This role ensures all parts correspond with order specifications while meeting daily productivity targets and organizational performance standards. This is a 1st Shift position which is from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. There may be opportunities to work some overtime on weekends depending on the needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Verify products in each order by matching part numbers to order documentation.
- Ensure packaging materials and labeling meet company standards and daily packing goals.
- Remain at the assigned workstation except during authorized breaks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or leads.
- Follow all established procedures, policies, and work instructions in accordance with company standards.
Experience Requirements
- 3–6 months of warehouse shipping experience required to achieve proficiency in core job functions.
- Experience using computers and shipping software preferred.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to adapt to continuous operational changes driven by evolving customer needs.
- Demonstrated willingness to support process improvements and operational adjustments.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to follow established procedures for processing and distributing materials.
- Strong attention to detail with sound judgment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Capability to work independently while maintaining productivity standards.
- Able to read fine print on parts for accuracy.
Working Conditions
- Extensive walking across large areas at times, including bending, reaching, climbing ladders, pushing, and pulling.
- Movement of large, heavy, or bulky items with material-handling equipment.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Repetitive motions and use of fine motor skills required.
- Transfer of parts between pallets or skids.
- Exposure to a standard warehouse environment, including dust and variable cleanliness conditions.
- Warehouse temperatures may vary significantly depending on external weather conditions.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed footwear.
- Compliance with all safety procedures and prompt reporting of hazards to leadership.
- Occasional weekends and overtime work may be required.
