90-Day Intern

Complete Technology Services is looking for an Intern to join our growing team!

Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses.

Complete Technology Services has developed a paid internship program that provides you the opportunity to experience everything you learned in school but in a real-life, fast-paced setting. This three-month program allows you to experience different aspects of the IT service world - helping you to
further define your career path.

Position Overview

• The internship will consist of three rotations over a 90-day period. 
• Rotations:
  
  • 1: Helpdesk
  • Rotation 2: Microsoft 365
  • Rotation 3: Buildroom/Onboarding
• You will spend 30 days in each rotation learning and getting hands-on experience with a myriad of processes, including but not limited to:
  
  •  PSA Software
  • Time Coding
  • RMM Tool
  • Security
  • Migrations
  • WDS
  • Azure
  • BDR
  • PC Builds
    

Qualifications

• A passion for technology
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time while maintaining high attention to detail
• Extremely detail-oriented and appreciates people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving success
• Interest in working for a small company where your input, contributions, and ideas will directly impact the company’s growth and success
• Strong written and verbal skills

Education

• Certificate of Completion from Centriq in Systems and Security Administration
