Your responsibilities:
You will join a dynamic team and actively contribute to research and data analysis projects, focusing on:
Regulatory Research Support
❖Monitoring Brazilian EHS regulatory updates using company-approved sources
❖Supporting the identification of relevant regulatory changes
❖Collecting and organizing information for internal use
❖Assisting in summarizing legislative updates in a clear and structured format
❖Supporting the publication of legislative alerts
Content and Database Support
❖Editing and updating content following internal guidelines and templates
❖Supporting updates to client questionnaires and legal registers
❖Managing and reviewing data in Excel files with accuracy
❖Assisting with data imports and exports in internal systems
❖Preparing basic tables or content attachments when required
❖Performing quality checks to ensure consistency of data
❖Contributing to continuous improvement of content quality by identifying issues, proposing targeted enhancements, and implementing corrective actions
❖Organizing and maintaining files and documentation
Team Support and Coordination
❖Working closely with Content and Editorial teams
❖Following established processes and administrative workflows
❖Supporting day-to-day content and database management tasks
About you:
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-Comfortable working with data, Excel, and structured content
-Ability to follow clear instructions and processes
-Willingness to learn about EHS regulations and compliance topics
-Degree (or currently studying) in environmental science, law, health & safety, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
-Proactive mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management to raise issues, share updates, and contribute to continuous improvement
-Native or fluent Portuguese (Brazil) required, good level of English
-Has a strong data mindset
-Is curious, analytical, and solution-oriented
-Works well in a team and communicates complex insights clearly
-Manages priorities independently and methodically
-Maintains rigor and accuracy, even under pressure
-Is motivated to achieve challenging goals
