About this Position
Marketingand Sales is an important and essential part in Henkel. Position of a
Coordinator Digital Marketing under Henkel Adhesives division in our team
would mean for you providing global marketing automation support using
tool called Marketo. Marketo is powerful and complex tool that lets you
create various newsletter journeys and extensive campaigns with high
impact on selected audience. In general, you would receive requests from
our business partners around the world, cooperate with your new colleagues
and prepare the final newsletter or campaign solution in Marketo tool. You
would act as an internal service provider for the Henkel M&S
organization by providing global support and you would be responsible for
fulfilment of connected administrative activities. We are looking for a
new motivated colleague who can help us to strengthen our team support and
would be committed to taking on new challenges in the field of global
marketing automation support.
What you´ll do
- Creates
various types of newsletters and campaigns using predefined templates - Receives
requests via internal requesting tool – Azure ticketing tool - Supports
all business partners across the globe - Creates
reports on regular or ad hoc basis - Develops
marketing automation expertise - Actively
cooperates with team members - Helps
to set up and standardize the process, does troubleshooting, and tests new
features
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course - Minimum
of three (3) years of working experience in Project Coordinator, Newsletter
creation process or marketing automation solutions is an advantage - Intermediate
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is
required - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills (Interaction with international
stakeholders), and analytical thinking skills - Must have be organized,
motivated, and detail-oriented self-starter, reliable and energetic, with
a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently lead and
deliver projects end to end; Curious and proactive contributor, eager to
learn, continuously improve processes, and generate meaningful insights
through a hands-on, responsibility-driven approach - Amenable to
work on a mid-shift schedule (2pm
to 11pm or 3pm to 12am), and report on a hybrid work set-up in
Ayala Avenue, Makati
