We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d) to join our Product team in Berlin.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office.
Your mission in a nutshell:
We are looking for a Product Marketing expert to bridge the gap between Product and Revenue teams. You will take full ownership of how our products are positioned, communicated, and presented – including hands-on execution of all relevant materials.
Own and structure the product catalog for revenue teams
Develop and continuously refine product positioning and messaging
Create, design, and optimize sales pitches and materials independently
Translate product features into compelling visual and narrative formats
Collect and structure feedback from revenue teams (Sales, Partnerships, etc.)
Translate market feedback into product insights and improvements
Act as key interface between Product and Revenue
Support go-to-market strategies and product launches
3+ years experience in Product Marketing, Design, or similar roles
Strong understanding of product positioning and messaging
Outstanding design skills (must-have) – you are able to create high-quality pitch decks, sales materials, and visual assets independently
Strong storytelling and communication skills
German native and English fluent
Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
Nice to Have
Experience working closely with Sales teams
Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar
High AI Skillset
Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or digital products
