The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a leadership philosophy and practical business acumen.

What You Will Do

  • Carry out our facility specific business plan in partnership with the Director of Nurses

  • Provide executive leadership and direction to all departments within the facility

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including CMS and state health department regulations

  • Create a positive, accountable workplace culture aligned with our employee and resident centered mission and values

  • Drive financial performance by overseeing budgeting, census development, and cost controls

  • Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes

  • Serve as a liaison with families, residents, staff, community partners, and governing bodies

  • Support recruitment, training, retention, and development of high-performing staff

  • Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of resident-centered care

  • Conduct regular facility rounds and remain visible, approachable, and engaged with staff and residents

  • Uphold Harborview’s commitment to innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement

  • Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of operation (required)

  • Proven track record of success in census growth, survey readiness, and team development

  • Strong understanding of federal and state regulations, reimbursement systems (Medicare/Medicaid), and operational compliance

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams toward common goals

  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a passion for serving others
